As we manage our way through Q4 of 2020 and this crazy year starts to wrap up, I’ve noticed that people are getting back into wanting to produce video content again. Live action shoots definitely slowed down this year due to Covid (just look at all Hollywood productions), but animation and mixed media videos have increased over this past year. Brands realize that they need to continue to advertise and market their businesses to continue to grow and have looked to these kinds of videos to do just that.
We here at Atlanta Idea Studio have had to morph with the times throughout our 9 years of business and continue to do that today. As we are starting to offer more 2D and 3D animation as well as Mixed Media which is one of our favorite types of videos to offer our clients. What is Mixed Media you ask? Well, it’s exactly what it sounds like - a mix of two or more forms of media. For our purposes its live action and animation put together to make one awesome video. This could be shooting original footage of your business and creating 2D motion graphics to complement it or it could be buying live action stock footage and mixing that with 2D or 3D animation. Depending on your budget, one of these types of mixed media videos could be perfect for promoting your business. If you’re still uncomfortable about bringing a small “live action” crew to your place of business to shoot, mixed media with stock footage might be the best choice for you.
If you have any questions about Mixed Media video, how to start a project or pricing, please contact us and we’ll be glad to guide you through our simple process and love to earn your business.
